Shipping policy

At Active Play 4 Kids we strive to bring you the best possible service and we will dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 12noon Friday and on the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed. If there are any delays in shipping, we will notify you by email or phone.

To keep things simple, Active Play 4 Kids provides a $9.95 Flat Rate Standard shipping service Australia-wide for all orders up to $100 and FREE Standard shipping Australia-wide for all purchases over $100 purchased through our website.

Active Play 4 Kids use Australia Post or Sendle for standard shipping. Please note that some parcels sent through Australia Post standard delivery do not have tracking available.

All items will be dispatched from Sydney Metro.

Australia Post and Sendle shipping timeframes are:
Sending within NSW:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Regional - up to 5 business days

All other states:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points
Regional - up to 5-8 business days, depending on destination points
