Shipping and Returns
When will my package be sent?
At Active Play 4 Kids we strive to bring you the best possible service and will dispatch all orders within 24hrs (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 12noon Friday and on the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
Who do you use for sending your products?
Active Play 4 Kids use either Australia Post or Sendle for all our standard shipping.
Do you provide a tracking number for each package?
Most packages sent through Australia Post will have a tracking number and will be supplied to you as soon as the package has been shipped. You can track your package through Australia Post or Sendle
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Active Play 4 Kids use Australia Post or Sendle for our standard shipping and are sent from Sydney Metro location. According to Australia Post and Sendle, products within NSW metro will take up to 2 business days, NSW regional will take up to 5 business days, interstate metro is 3-6 business days and interstate regional varies. You can view Parcel Post delivery timeframes at Australia Post's website.
I have an issue with my product, how do I return my purchase?
Active Play 4 Kids want you to be able to shop with confidence. If you have an issue with any of our products, please contact sales@activeplay4kids.com.au so we can assist you further.
Do you offer a refund?
At Active Play 4 Kids we have a 30 day refund policy to allow you to shop with peace of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid when you purchased the item are non-refundable. This beginners kite is made of high-quality ripstop polyester fabric with strong rods as the central support. The central spine rod runs through the fabric piping to keep the kite safe and stable. Does the Active Play Kite come with a kite reel and string?
Absolutely! It comes with a premium flat winder with durable 100 metre string (double than most other kites). The kite line reel has grooves in the grip side to make it easy to hold onto.

Of course! The Active Play Kite is designed for simple assembly, with kid-friendly 4-step by step assembly instructions included.
What is the recommended age for the Active Play Kite?

What themes are in the Constructive Eating range?
The Constructive Eating range comes in various themes perfect for both boys and girls. There is a Construction, Dinosaur and Garden Fairy theme.
What are the dimensions of the Constructive Eating Plates?
The Construction Plate, Dinosaur Plate and the Garden Fairy Plate are 23cm in diameter and a depth of 2cm. The kids section plate has both larger and smaller sections, making it easier to keep separate for those picky eaters.
What utensils are included in the Constructive Eating Cutlery set?
The utensil set is a 3-piece cutlery set which contains a Fork, Spoon and a Pusher that matches with the theme.
What is the Pusher in the Utensil Set?
The Pusher makes it easy to gather food and put it on either a fork or a spoon. It works especially well with foods such as rice, peas and mashed potatoes. The Bull Dozer Pusher is part of the Construction theme, Triceratops is part of the Dinosaur theme and the Garden Hoe Pusher is part of the Garden Fairy Line.
What is the best age for the Constructive Eating Plates and Utensils?
The Constructive Eating products are used both independently by young children and by parents when they are feeding their children before those young ones have the dexterity to handle the utensils on their own. The most popular age range for a child to independently use our utensils and plates is about 18 months up to 4 years.

To make cleaning easy for you, all of the Constructive Eating Plates and Utensils are dishwasher safe.
Are the Constructive Eating Plates microwave safe?
Yes! The Construction Plate, Dinosaur Plate and the Garden Fairy Plate are all microwave safe.
