Shipping and Returns

When will my package be sent?

At Active Play 4 Kids we strive to bring you the best possible service and will dispatch all orders within 24hrs (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 12noon Friday and on the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Who do you use for sending your products?

Active Play 4 Kids use either Australia Post or Sendle for all our standard shipping.

Do you provide a tracking number for each package?

Most packages sent through Australia Post will have a tracking number and will be supplied to you as soon as the package has been shipped. You can track your package through Australia Post or Sendle 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Active Play 4 Kids use Australia Post or Sendle for our standard shipping and are sent from Sydney Metro location. According to Australia Post and Sendle, products within NSW metro will take up to 2 business days, NSW regional will take up to 5 business days, interstate metro is 3-6 business days and interstate regional varies. You can view Parcel Post delivery timeframes at Australia Post's website.

I have an issue with my product, how do I return my purchase?

Active Play 4 Kids want you to be able to shop with confidence. If you have an issue with any of our products, please contact sales@activeplay4kids.com.au so we can assist you further.

Do you offer a refund?

At Active Play 4 Kids we have a 30 day refund policy to allow you to shop with peace of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid when you purchased the item are non-refundable.
